Our History
Purchased September 13, 1999 as a carpet cleaning and water damage company with three employees, Sure Clean, Inc. now operates with 48 employees and works out of a 27,000 square foot facility. Sure Clean, Inc. is an Indiana based business that remains independently owned and operated. The business has expanded to include: fire and water restoration, residential and commercial construction, air duct cleaning, trauma clean-up, and janitorial service, just to name a few. Sure Clean, Inc. prides itself on being a “One Stop Shop” for the consumer and insurance industry. Without the need to subcontract jobs, Sure Clean is able to provide more dependable and consistent services to its customers.

Sure Clean Inc.’s Vincennes facility was destroyed by fire on the night of February 20th, 2013. Late Wednesday night, local fire crews and emergency crews responded to the scene to find the business was fully engulfed in flames. The cause of the fire was under investigation and the scene was being held by the local investigators until their investigation was completed. The cause was determined to be a malfunctioning truck located in the bay area.
Sure Clean Inc. had a Disaster Recovery/Business Resumption plan that provided for the continuation of business operations though this event of disaster that rendered our facility inoperable. This plan was in compliance with all Federal, State, and other guidelines and regulations regarding disaster recovery and business continuity. Sure Clean Inc.’s mission to the Community and its customers was critically dependent on providing continued service regardless of adverse conditions that may affect business processing. Sure Clean Inc. was and still is maintaining their commitment towards current and future projects while accepting new projects. Sure Clean Inc. management and employees would like to thank you for your committed loyalty and support through our difficult situation.
